How to Export my Mailbox

  1. In Outlook, click on File, Open & Export
  2. Select Import/Export.
  3. Select Export to a File > Next.
  4. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) > Next.
  5. Click on (Email Address), check Include Subfolder, and click Next.
  6. Click Browse.
  7. We will save the exported file to the desktop. Click on Desktop, type in the file name (backup) and click OK.
  8. Leave the default checked, Replace duplicates with items exported and click Finish.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Depending on the size of your mailbox, this might take several minutes.

After the exporting finishes, a copy of your mail will be stored in the directory you specified.
