The best way to get help is to submit a service request; either online at support.broad.msu.edu or by sending an email to itsupport@broad.msu.edu. The request tracking system requires a Broad College logon account, but allows you to manage your requests and history. While email requests are accepted from any address, only requests from @broad.msu.edu address will be manageable from the request tracking system. You will receive and email confirmation, and the next available technician will contact you.
While we prefer you submit a service request, we realize that’s not always possible. The Network Resource Center offers walk-in and phone support as availability of our technicians permit. If we’re not available when you stop by or call, please submit a service request and the next available technician will contact you.
