The best way to get help is to submit a service request; either online at support.broad.msu.edu or by sending an email to itsupport@broad.msu.edu. You will receive an email confirmation, and the next available technician will contact you.

Walk-In Service and Phone Support

While we prefer you submit a service request, we realize that’s not always possible. Broad IT offers walk-in and phone support as availability of our technicians permit. If we’re not available when you stop by or call, please submit a service request and the next available technician will contact you.
