Broad School email services are compatible with the Apple iPhone. The following steps detail how to configure an iPhone for a Broad School account.
1.Click Settings
2. Click Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Click Add Account…
4. Click Microsoft Exchange
In the Email field type your email address (Example: username@bus.msu.edu). In the Domain field type Business. In the User Name field type your user ID (if your email is sparty@bus.msu.edu, then your user name is sparty). Then type your password in the Password field.
6. Click Next
7. Now your account should be verifying. This could take a couple minutes. Once it is finished a new field will appear Server.
8. Type mail.bus.msu.edu in the Server field.
9. Click Next
10. Choose what is to be synchronized to your phone. Click Done
