Creating a new profile allows you to add another email account in outlook. These steps are for configuring this on Windows 10 with Outlook 2016.
From the Windows Search Menu Type Control Panel click on it to open up the control panel.
Next click on User Accounts
Click on the Mail Icon.
Click Show Profiles.
Click Add. Check Prompt for a profile to be used. Give it a name then click Ok.
You can now configure your email account.
